A Study on the Complexity of Multi-Enterprise Output Game in Supply Chain

Based on an analysis on a variety of game models in the supply chain, this paper proposes a multi-enterprise output game model under the circumstances of information asymmetry. After a study on Nash equilibrium, the paper analyzes the factors that cause chaos in production decision making among manufacturers and offers numerical simulation. The authors argue that under the circumstances of information asymmetry, the differences in productivity adjustment factor exert great impact on the manufacturers, shown as bifurcation and chaos, whereas the distributors and retailers are scarily affected.
